Movie Hero vs. Fighter Weapons Jacket

"The is the second jacket I have purchased from Cockpit USA. In both cases, the size was not quite right and resulted in a return, which was seamless and simple! Customer service here is amazing and I could not be happier. I've had the cold weather CWU-45 in large for a while and originally wanted a lighter weight jacket, which is what lead me to the Fighter Weapons jacket, which I got in a large as well. Definitely lighter weight, but a larger fit. Best way to describe it is the took the CWU-45 and just removed the liner. If you're layering - sweater, fleece or hoodie underneath, then the Fighter Weapons jacket fit perfectly, providing that windproof shell. But, if wearing with just a t-shirt or lighter button down, it was a bit big on me. Enter the Movie Hero more traditional CWU-36P jacket. The description says "military fit", which is a much more forming fitting jacket. Still light weight, but the large in this size fits much better. I guess it depends on your build and what exactly you're looking for. Regardless, both jackets are high quality, look great, wear well and are awesome. Could not be happier with the entire experience and would whole-heartedly recommend Cockpit USA to someone looking for a great flight jacket."
