Purchased a Large following 'size guide', and returnd it due to snug across my chest. when buttoned with a flannel shirt beneath. - 5'9" 190 lbs. Yep, old dude. Sent my original Navy, '68 - '72, peacoat up to my son in Fairbanks after my discharge. Now my Cockpit, size XL, is a fine fit. EASY return and replacement. Central Coast of CA now. Coat is a fine fog and sesonal chill and drizzle garment. Ahoy !!"

"I’m 5’11, 165 and quite skinny. I’ve ordered a Large which fits but is a bit loose without jacket. So I intend to order a Medium then to choose. I must say the wool quality, the thickness, the buttons, the perfection of the details is absolutely outstanding!!! I’ve served in the Navy and would have loved being provided with such high quality product !!!"

"I was looking for a Peacoat and had not found one of the quality level and cut I wanted until I went to the CockpitUSA website, After a quick email for a sizing recommendation (Thanks Matt) I ordered the coat Overall, the coat exceeded my expectations. It's quite warm. It's made of high-quality wool (by the way, the wool is much heavier than others I've seen), the overall construction and cut is excellent. The coat will provide many years of hard use. I highly recommend this coat. Great job CockpitUSA."
