Nice Jacket but. . .
"As a UK based customer I wanted to get the sizing right for the order as the import tax is considerable and making returns a very difficult process. The team answered my initial questions quickly, which informed my purchase. However, after purchase was made and having concerns about quality assurance (the reason I ended up moving from my usual supplier to Cockpit) I wanted to some reassurances. NADA - radio silence. . . which gave a poor impression of the company. The jacket arrived and the fit was ideal - being longer in the arm was exactly what I needed and the L fitted my 44 chest 36 waist perfectly. The leather nice to look at (was not sure what to expect with a weather goat skin) and overall feel good. Lining does seem a bit loose. . . but in short I think it is a great jacket. Wearing it out for the first time (during Edinburgh festival) I got two compliments straight off the bat about the jacket. So 4 stars as the customer journey is not only about the product, but feeling secure with the supplier and valued. I did not feel that with questions going unanswered. Which is a real shame as I am very seriously thinking of a very quick second purchase. . ."
