AAM: 50th Anniversary of Cuban Missile Crisis
To mark the 50th anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis, last weekend saw the American Airpower Museum welcome and play home to an emotional reunion of Cold War fighters. As proud sponsors of the AAM, it is with great pride that Cockpit USA joined the volunteers at the AAM, the brave veterans and the History Channel’s Dr. Libby O’Connell in observing this historic day. Located in Farmingdale, New York, the museum along with its fleet of iconic fighter jets provided the perfect backdrop in remembering this occasion and keeping the heritage of the nation preserved.
