"As a NY based organization today marks a solemn day. On this day 11 years years ago we lost many. We found courage, bravery, and heroism through the smoke,dust, andtwisted metal. We still mourne the loss of life, we honor those who risked all to save lives, and we salute all those men and women who continue to take the fight to those that wish to do this again. Most know many of our volunteers and pilots as veterans, what you might not know is many of those same folks are also 9-11 firstresponders and members of the military. Today we remember and honor all of you. We as New Yorkers will never forget."
