"It’s great!"

Colonel Hogan’s Cap
"I’d always wanted one. These run large so I had to exchange mine. Totally hassel free. The folks at the Cockpit took care of me. Highly recommended!"
Very pleased with the product and the buying exper
"I just received my order today and I am very satisfied with the product and the buying experience. 1941 Officer's Crush Cat Brown. The build quality of the cap is very good. Comparing it to other hats: I have had a couple of Indiana Jones fedoras, and because I worked for a State Park, I have had a few uniform hats worn at work - an Outback style, and a Stetson etc. This cap is on par with those, if not better. Fit wise, I measured my head per the chart. Depending on how tight or loose I held the tape I got between 22 1/4 to 22 3/8, so I ordered a Medium. The fit is perfect. Not tight, not loose. If it leans to either one then it is very slightly loose. If that were to become a problem over time, I could put in any one of many available adjuster bands. As it is now, that is not needed. I won't be wearing the cap very much. Maybe like to an airshow etc. My Dad was a B-17 pilot so it is mostly to be part of a little memorial collection/display of his patches/insignia and other items. Shipping was fast and communication was very good. I can recommend both the Cap and the Cockpit USA."
Hat was actually sized 25 3/4" not 24" as sated
"Also, Hat was actually sized 25 3/4" not 24". Huge difference for a hat"
Size is larger than stated, otherwise top notch
"Size is larger than stated. The XL size, the size of all my other hats, is stated as 24", but actually it is 25 1/2" (my wife, a professional seamstress and costume maker for over 40 years measured it, as did I). We had to put in a thick liner so it would fit and it's still a bit big. Otherwise, it's a very well made hat and top notch!"
Great quality but sizing chart seems incorrect
"Sizing seems off. I ordered per sizing chart and what was much too large. Quality was excellent and hope to exchange for correct sizing"
Military cover
"Pretty close to the real McCoy. Good job!"

Memories
"I bought this cap for my son. I restored two pieces, a 1911 (built and issued 1917 military sidearm), and a army training rifle from WWI. We have history with a family member; Full Colonel James J Fredericks. Many missions and awards over the years. I bought this cap to celebrate or history. What a beautiful cap! My son loved it and now it’s a family Heirloom! Thank you for filling my order so fast! Your crew is the best!!!"
