Supple and warm

"I'm 5'8", 173, need to lose a few pounds, but size 40 fits perfect. Snug enough to be warm but not constricting [I mainly wear 40S sport coats, 15.5/32-33 dress shirts], looks and fits great with a T-shirt or henley, or a shirt & tie if done properly. Had tried various other shearling bombers and flight coats (Todd Snyder & Golden Bear too tight; Orvis too big)--this has great military feel; the slightly worn Army Air Force insignia is a great touch. The thickness of the shearling is more than envisioned & depicted on the Cockpit site--if google it or go to a seller of Cockpit products (eg. LegendaryUSA) there are additional pictures that 1.) better highlight the thickness/shear length, and 2.) are more accurate in color [it's more reddish brown than light-brown]. Not to imply either is a bad thing--the color is beautiful, and the thickness is appreciated...almost feels more like what the B3 looks like in terms of thickness. It's extremely warm; helpful in this polar vortex with -30 temps here in the midwest. I look forward to wearing this coat for decades."

Great Jacket !

"Love this jacket. Looks great and is very well made. It is a bit more of a reddish brown than the photos on the website . A clearer depiction of the color can be seen on the company’s Facebook page, it’s great. This is a perfect multi season jacket that I highly recommend. Also management is very responsive and will not rest until all your questions are answered and you are completely satisfied with your purchase"
