"I own at least half dozen Cockpit jackets. All great quality. Good company, great customer service. As far as sizing goes i took the advice of other reviews and went up one size larger than normal. I take a 48 long in suit jackets and ordered a 50 in this jacket. Fits perfectly. I've worn this jacket on 20 degree days in Northern New York State. Very warm. Totally worth the money."

These Jackets are very very well made, and they are a very high quality leather reproduction G-1 Naval Aviator Flight Jacket !! The quality of the goatskin leather is a very nice top grain leather and very high quality stitching goes into theses jackets as well! "6' tall, 220. True chest measurement 46". True waist measurement at navel 41". Not sucking it in boys. Size recommendation from online tool was 44. Fit is perfect with a heavyweight cotton tee shirt. Fit is a touch tight in the chest but not uncomfortable with a heavyweight cotton tee shirt plus a heavy weight (17 oz) wool shirt. Any more layers and you'll want to size up. If you're going to be that cold maybe consider buying a shearling jacket."

"Just bought my second one because after some gym visits i needed a size more. Jacket is in excellent quality with smooth leather and collar. The fitting is slim, so it has a modern cool shape . In daubt I recommend to take one size larger."

Holds Up Well

"I've had this jacket for nearly two years. It has withstood quite a bit in that time and still looks new. My only complaint is the cloth parts on the sleeves and waistband tend to fray with little fuzzies. It takes frequent upkeep with a razor blade to keep them at bay. The leather is still in very good condition, as is the collar. I did order one size up and it fits perfectly."

Amazing Jacket

"I daily ride a motorcycle so i needed a good jacket that would keep me warm in cold and below freezing weather. Not only does it do that but it also absorbs rain like no other leather jacket i have. Plus the fur collar blocks out wind so no cold chest. I recommend sizing up if you want space to wear a hoodie or other layers underneath the sizing can be a little deceiving. But other than that a perfectly crafted jacket."
