"It’s a nice vest, however Slightly Alabama is now out of business. So much for legacy. The vest itself is too thin and light for anyone who needs real protection on a motorcycle. Seeing how the company went out of business so quickly, one can assume they tried too hard and fast to be fashion oriented, sacrificing quality. Ordered an XL but the vest is tailored like a tent, needed something much smaller. CockpitUSA was, for a lack of a better term… Disorganised and seemingly uninterested and careless. Besides replying in a boilerplate manner, they didn’t even bother to remove the previous recipients name on the email. For a company honouring veterans and military; you would assume they would care enough to pay attention to detail. If nothing else, at least show you care folks. Pay attention. This is how you start loosing your customer base."
