"This is a classic G-2 Raiders. Great style and fit with the bi-swing action back! It is one of my favorite Cockpit USA Jackets. And Made in the USA which is really important for me. If you want freedom of movement or have broad shoulders this is a super comfy option. And great pockets for storage. Stephanie at the NY City showroom is the best!"
"I already have a Cockpit Mustang A-2 but wanted an alternative jacket that was darker and slightly dressier (that is, not distressed). The Cockpit telephone sales assistant warned me that the Mod Raider’s lambskin was both stiffer and shinier than the Mustang, and she was right. It also was darker than pictured on the website, less natural and more “faux-leather” looking. But most of all I disliked the fit. Product description said it was slimmer cut than the original Raider model, but the sales rep said the shoulder seam and pit-to-pit measurements on a Mod Raider L were similar to my Mustang XL. She was technically correct, but the profile was too “slim-&-trim” for my taste and build. All in all skinnier and cheaper-looking than I expected. I returned it for a refund which Cockpit handled cheerfully and efficiently, for which I am grateful."
